Dear Creator,

Eve Baird (The Librarians)/Dinah Lance (DCU Comics)
Eve is another character who is just so good at what she does! She's a fighter and she's sometimes out of her depth with the magic stuff, but she's great at learning on the job. She's not what I would call a nurturing character, but she is a protective one, and she will do everything in her power to keep the people under her protection-- whether that be the Librarians or civilians or someone else-- from getting hurt.
Maybe some magical shenanigans lead to Eve ending up in the DC universe? Or maybe the two universes were always one, however you decide that works. Maybe something Dinah is investigating with the Birds of Prey leads her into contact with Eve and the Librarians. I just think they'd be a really fun (and hot!) duo!
Stephanie Brown (DCU Comics) & Parker (Leverage)
I wrote more about both of these below, but I would just love to see anything where the two of them interact! Maybe they're on opposite sides, maybe they have to team up, maybe they're interacting in their civilian personas... I just think they'd be a lot of fun!
Breanna Casey (Leverage)/Mia Dearden (DC Comics)
I wrote more about both characters in their respective sections below, but I just think they'd be interesting together! Breanna isn't quite a vigilante, but I think she and Mia have similar senses of justice. And while their backgrounds aren't the same (Mia's childhood was a lot rougher), I think they would definitely understand where the other is coming from. Maybe the Leverage crew crosses paths with some of the Arrowfam, only to realize they're targeting the same person, and Mia and Breanna end up working together? Maybe Mia and Breanna meet as civilians and each realize there's more to the other later?
Breanna Casey (Leverage)/Natasha Irons (DC Comics)
I haven't read nearly as much about Natasha as I want to, but I love what I have read! Honestly, this is one where I just kind of think they would be fun together? Black queer women, both great with computers? They do different kinds of engineering, but you can't tell me that Breanna wouldn't be totally into the idea of an armored suit. I don't know; feel free to go wild.
Annabeth Chase/Percy Jackson (PJO) & Gabrielle/Xena (Xena)
The worldbuilding of PJO and the worldbuilding of Xena aren't really the same, but I feel like they have a similar sense of humor behind them and the way they portray myths and the gods, and that made me want a story about these four. I'd love to see something where Annabeth and Percy end up in the world of Xena (maybe that's the distant past of their universe?) and travel with Xena and Gabrielle while figuring out how to get home. Or maybe Xena and Gabrielle find themselves in Camp Half-Blood and Percy and Annabeth end up taking on the quest to get them back to their proper time/world.
I haven't read anything past the Heroes of Olympus series, so please don't include any PJO canon past that.
Sophie Devereaux (Leverage)/Selina Kyle (DCU Comics)
Style icons, criminals... you can't tell me they haven't crossed paths. Selina is traditionally more of a-- well, a cat thief than a grifter, but she's definitely done her share of grifting. And Selina is also often an antihero in the "sometimes bad guys are the only good guys you get" mold. Maybe she and Sophie have history, and then they run into each other again sometime after Sophie starts running with the Leverage crew. Maybe the two of them pull some kind of job together, just the two of them. (During those months Sophie was "finding herself" away from the rest of the crew? During the Redemption era? Some other time?)
Selina Kyle (DC Comics) & Leverage Crew (Leverage)
Look, I strongly believe that if Selina and the Leverage crew existed in the same universe, they would have attempted to recruit her onto one of their teams. Maybe she would have turned them down, because she prefers to focus on her own thing, but teams up with them on occasion. Maybe she and Parker are professional rivals of some kind. I don't know, but feel free to go wild.
Debbie Ocean (Ocean's 8)/Selina Kyle (DC Comics)
Another grifter4grifter! Although in this duo I think Selina is definitely the one with more of a conscience, if something should arise where that becomes an issue. But I can definitely imagine that Selina being one of the ladies Debbie calls up for a heist, or maybe the two of them are after the same jewels or something? Whatever it is, I suspect it would be very fun and very glamorous!

Stephanie Brown
Steph!!!! I love her. I love her anger, I love her determination, I love her refusal to give up, I love her sense of hope. I love her as Spoiler, as Robin, as Batgirl. She's such an interesting character and I think a lot of fandom is missing out by reducing her to solely the quirky comedic character. I'd love to see more of her relationship with her mother: Stephanie has spent so long feeling the need to take care of Crystal (between Crystal's addiction and Stephanie becoming Spoiler because of her father), but Crystal has tried her best to be a good mother, even if she's often fallen short, and they both love each other deeply despite everything. I'd also love to see her friendship with Cass, or with other heroes around her own age. I'd also be really into an AU where either Helena Bertinelli or Dinah Lance are able to mentor Steph more in her Spoiler days.
It's fine if other members of the Batfam play a part in the story, but please keep the focus on Steph herself. Similarly, I'm fine with you including the events of War Games or alluding to them, but I'd prefer if the entire fic wasn't focused on the War Games storyline.
Ships: Steph/Mia Dearden, Steph/Kara Danvers, Steph/Sienna
Beatriz da Costa
I love Bea so much; she's ridiculous and over the top and she tries very hard to act like she doesn't care about anything, under that tough shell she cares so deeply. (She actually has the longest tenure of any JLI member!) Of course I would love to see anything with her and Tora (from shipfic to shenanigans to Bea's grief spiral after Tora's death), but I would also love to see more of Bea's relationships with other members of the JLI, if you want-- I think she and Ted have a fun friendship, and her friendship with Oberon is cute, and as much as I like Guy I think it's funny how much Bea can't stand him most of the time, but feel free to include whoever you want! I also think that it would be really interesting to have her interact with Yara Flor, especially if you wanted to explore their different relationships to their identity as Brazilian superheroes.
Mia Dearden
I absolutely adore Mia and I'm so glad she's back in continuity! <3 She's so resilient, and a complicated combination of tough and fragile, and she's so determined to make the most of her life. I love her so much. I'd love to see anything focusing on her with any of the rest of the Arrowfam (especially Ollie, Connor, or Roy). I'd also love something with her and the Teen Titans-- we didn't get very much of her on the team, but I think you could come up with some more adventures for them if you wanted! I also really liked the team up of Mia & Sienna & Emiko & Cissie from the recent Green Arrow run, and I wish we'd gotten more of that-- I think you could have a lot of fun with them teaming up again in the future.
Ships: Mia/Cissie, Mia/Steph, Mia/Sienna
Dinah Lance
I love Dinah; she's everything. I love her with the Arrowfam, love her with the JSA, love her with the Birds of Prey, love her on her own. She's a badass martial artist who just happens to have superpowers; she can be prickly and difficult, but she also cares really deeply and she's very protective of the people she cares about. I find it so fascinating that she's a little bit afraid of her own capabilities-- she knows all too well that she's capable of killing people, but that's not the kind of person she wants to be.
Ships: Dinah/Ollie, Dinah/Helena B, Dinah/Zatanna, Dinah/Shiva
Sin Lance
I really enjoy the direction BOP (2023) has been taking Sin's character, and I'd love more exploration of that. How does she feel about her deal with Megaera, or about her place on the team? You could also explore some of the complexities of her and Dinah's relationship-- they love each other, but they've also spent a lot of Sin's life apart. I'd also be interested in her bonding with Cass over their similar experiences, or in seeing more of Sin training with Cass and Barda. Or if you want to write Sin with any of the rest of the Arrowfam, I'd love that, too; I would love whoever you want to include, if you go that direction, but I think it would be particularly fun to see her and present-day Lian interact, or her and Emiko.
Sienna | Red Canary
She's such a fascinating character to me! She's a normal college student who was inspired to become a hero after seeing Black Canary in concert, she's mostly self-taught, and she's still learning, but she's also been in the middle of multiple crises surrounded by experienced heroes and kept up pretty well. I'm dying to know more about her background, or what drives her, or her experiences with other heroes. I'd love to see more of her interacting with the Arrowfam, or if you're familiar with Sideways, I'd love to see more of her friendship with him.
Ships: Sienna/Steph, Sienna/Cissie, Mia/Sienna
Emiko Queen
Emiko is a really underutilized character, but I really love her. I love her relationship with Ollie, complicated as it is, and I'd love to see more of her and the rest of the Arrowfam, since we haven't gotten nearly enough of that on-page. I'd also love to see more of her and Shado, and how messy that relationship is, and how much they love each other despite everything. I also really love her friendship with Courtney Whitmore, if you want to focus on that some more, and I really liked her interactions with Judy Garrick in Stargirl: the Lost Children and would love to see more of that. I also think she and Sin Lance have a lot in common and could be good friends, if you want to play with that.
Ships: Emiko/Courtney Whitmore, Emiko/Judy Garrick
Helena Bertinelli/Renee Montoya
I really love Renee as The Question! I really love her relentless pursuit of answers and criminals and her complicated relationship with her own morals. I also really like when she interacts with other heroes-- she's a little bit of an outsider to the broader hero community, so she has a slightly different perspective than they do sometimes.
I haven't read a ton of books focused directly on Huntress, but I am always excited when she shows up as a side character in anything I'm reading. She and Renee make for a really great duo-- they're both characters that are kind of on the grittier, street-level crime-fighting side of DC, and they have a fun chemistry. I'd love to see them working together to take down organized crime or weird cults, and possibly making out while they do it.
Helena Bertinelli/Tora Olafsdotter
Look, I just have really strong feelings about that issue where they're stranded in the middle of the South Pacific and almost drown and Tora exhausts herself keeping them alive on an ice raft while feverish from a jellyfish sting and Helena doesn't even know why she's on the team in the first place (because Max brainwashed her into joining) and Helena cradles Tora in her arms... (Justice League America #35, in case you're wondering.)
Cassandra Cain/Xanthe Zhou
I love Spirit World and am on a quest to get everyone I know to read it. The whole story is gorgeous, but I especially love Xanthe (of course). I really love their resilience and it's just so much fun to watch them do magic and navigate the spirit world. And in general, I'd love to see more of the spirit world and its other residents, and Xanthe's relationships with them! I'd also love to see them and Constantine ending up on more magical adventures-- they had a fun dynamic, and it was fun to see both of them again recently in BoP. I also really loved their dynamic with Cass, and would love to see more Gotham adventures with the two of them, or more of Cass in the Spirit World.
Beatriz da Costa/Tora Olafsdotter
My literal ice goddess! Tora is so fascinating to me, because she tends to get underestimated by everyone, even her friends and teammates, because she's openly emotional and wears her heart on her sleeve, but she's a lot tougher than most of them give her credit for, and I love that. I think her relationships with the rest of the JLI are really interesting because Tora is probably the one person that gets along best with everyone on the team, but in interpersonal situations she can fade into the background unless she makes a point of making herself be heard-- which sometimes means people, even Bea, mistake her for being a pushover.
If you're familiar with it, I think it could also be fun to set something in the Justice League 3000 timeline, about the centuries they spent apart, or their reunion, or creating some closure for Justice League 3001.
Dinah Lance/Oliver Queen
You can see above for my thoughts on Dinah, but I also really love Ollie. He's earnest and awkward and cares so much, and he's stubborn and fucks up and fails the people he cares about. He's deeply flawed but he always tries to do better, and that's one of the things I love. I also really love him and Dinah together. They're not always good for each other, but they also deeply love each other and are always drawn back together. I love the "superhero domestic" vibe, when they're doing superhero stuff and talking about deeply mundane things or similar. I also love that Dinah is a better fighter and Ollie knows and loves that.
Sojourner "Jo" Mullein/Syzn of the Cliffs
I really enjoyed these two in Far Sector! Jo is so cool and unique even among Earth's Green Lanterns. I love how both the limitations of her ring and the problems she'd run into as a soldier and a cop made her more creative in solving problems, and made her try to seek out peaceful solutions for everyone whenever she could. I really loved getting to know the City Enduring and its residents through her eyes. I also really enjoyed her and Syzn's relationship, especially when the thing that kept getting in the way was the Emotion Exploit and how Syzn didn't understand Jo's feelings (no pun intended) about it.
I'd love to see more of Syzn's feelings (ha!) on the Emotion Exploit and Switchoff through her perspective, especially given the ending. I'd also like to see more of her relationship with Jo, or more of what a normal day in her life as a Peace Accountant in the City Enduring looks like. It can't all be wild plots and murders-- in fact, we know it's usually not! So what *does* crime in the city usually look like? And I'd love to see more of her and Jo working together, whatever form that takes.
Karen Starr/Helena Wayne
I feel like I've barely dipped my toe into all of the canon there is for these two, but I love everything I've read so far. They're ride-or-die best friends and teammates. They're out of place in a way only the other woman can totally understand. I'm an especially big fan of their dynamic in Worlds' Finest (2012), where they get accidentally displaced from their Earth and repeatedly save each other while clinging to one another tightly.
Fic, Fanvid
Things I'd love in a vid: Crowded Tables by Highwomen, ridiculous con shenanigans, The Gloat, Catch Us If You Can by Elle King, Degenerates by I the Mighty
Breanna Casey
Breanna!!! She's this great mix of jaded about the world and really really earnest. I love that she has her own technical skills separate from Hardison's, and I love that part of what brought her into the Leverage crew was her admiration of Hardison and wanting to do the kind of thing he does but in her own way. I also love seeing her become more confident and get better at all parts of the con as time goes on, and how her relationships with each member of the crew deepen.
Parker
I love her!!! I love the way she grows and changes over the series and learns to rely on others (SUCH a change from the beginning, where she never works with others), but she's still herself. She's strange and she doesn't always fit in and she doesn't even want to, but she's found her people and her purpose.
Harry Wilson
Harry was such a surprising delight! I didn't expect to love him as much as I do, but here we are. I love how the crew takes him under their wings to help him be a better person, and how it becomes apparent that all he needed was that push. I also love the contrast between him as a total dork when he's just hanging out or out of his element to him being super smooth and competent when he knows exactly what he's doing. I also love the journey we've seen him on as he becomes better at grifting and sort of finds himself!
Breanna Casey/Tara Cole
I love Tara. She's a badass, she's a great grifter (but in a different way than Sophie), she thinks the Leverage crew are weirdos (but the first thing she does is run a con within a con on them, just for fun), and she's not giving up a paycheck for any of these jobs. And I loved the confirmation that she'd stayed in touch with the crew and worked on and off with them over the years!
And look, I'm a simple woman. Breanna was totally crushing on Tara, am I right? I need them to hook up, either as a coda to 3x05 or in the future sometime.
Breanna Casey & Parker
Their relationship means so much to me. Parker is terrified of being her mentor at first because she doesn't want to mess up and fail, but she learns to overcome that and trust Breanna. And Breanna looks up to Parker and trusts her and-- ugh, they're just such a good team.
Breanna Casey & Harry Wilson
Their relationship is everything. I love how unlikely their friendship might seem from the outside, but also how they often have weird nerdy things in common. I love Harry encouraging Breanna to think about college and Breanna roasting Harry's outfits and the two of them being on the same wavelength way more often than you might expect. I'd just love to see more of them! But also like... what was it like for Becky (Harry's daughter) to be on that college tour road trip with the two of them? This is her dad, and her dad's coworker who's closer to her own age, but her dad's coworker knows her dad better than she does in some ways? Is that weird?
Tara Cole/Parker
Leverage: Redemption 3x05. Need I say more? Okay, well, Parker and Tara have obviously worked together on and off a lot over the years and have a lot of respect for each other. Tara called Parker "babe"! I just think they'd be fun together.
Maggie Collins/Parker
Maggie, the woman that you are. She takes everything the Leverage team does in complete stride, including the time she teams up with them.
And Parker is really invested in Maggie! She cares a lot about her safety and she's the one who packs her a bag when she's trying to get Maggie to leave the country after they get her out of prison. She doesn't really know many civilians, and Maggie isn't just any civilian. I don't know; I think they just have interesting chemistry.
Sophie Devereaux & Parker
Sophie, the woman of all time. She had a poster of DB Cooper over her bed as a teenager. She uses "Gambler" by Kenny Rogers as life advice. She's such a master of the long con that she became a duchess. She's attended her own funeral-- at least twice. Sophie isn't even her name-- except that it is now, in all the ways that matter. Because Sophie Deveraux is the life that she chose, and the life that she keeps choosing, despite the difficulties.
I love the relationship that Sophie and Parker have. From the early days of Leverage, where Sophie is trying and not really succeeding in teaching Parker grifting to the Leverage: Redemption days where they're both totally comfortable running cons, they're just fantastic.
Sophie Devereaux & Astrid Pickford
I like that we got more Astrid in this season, but I'm greedy and I want even more! Give me Astrid's POV on Sophie and her crew, or on the years when she was trying to track Sophie down, or on them reconnecting. What does that look like?
Parker/Astrid Pickford
Enemies to lovers??? Look, I want more about the two of them as "nemeses", and we got a little taste of the two of them hating each other and then the two of them working together. Feel free to give me an AU with more of that.
Fic, Fanart
Chelli Lona Aphra
I absolutely adore Aphra. I love how amoral and self-serving she is, even when she's perfectly aware that she's only hurting herself in the long term. I love how smart she is, and how those smarts get her both into and out of trouble. Like Mar-Mas Voor says, she always looks after herself, she always betrays people, and she always feels guilty afterward.
I'd love to see more of her adventures! Maybe it's a run-of-the-mill (for her) trip into an abandoned temple to find valuable artifacts, or maybe she runs afoul of the Empire or the Rebellion (or both). I also really love her relationship with Vulaada; Aphra's not exactly the maternal type, but she cares about Vu in her own way.
Qi'ra
Qi'ra is one of my favorite character types: the ambitious and morally gray woman. She's kind of terrible and selfish and I am into it. I would adore something about Qi’ra and how she went from the White Worms to Crimson Dawn. How did Dryden Vos find her? How did she become his most trusted lieutenant? Post-canon, I’d love anything about her and Maul as she’s being trained by him. And what does that training entail? I’m totally here for Force-sensitive Qi’ra, if that’s a direction you want to go! And Dathomir is one of my favorite settings, if you want to go that direction.
I would also love Qi'ra/any other woman (canon or OC) in the Rebellion Era, if that's a direction you want to go. (I have thoughts on a lot of Qi'ra ships elsewhere on my journal, if you're interested.) I don't mind Qi'ra/Han, but I like it more as a casual hookup or a wistful "what might have been" thing.
Chelli Lona Aphra/Sana Starros
What if your toxic ex came back into your life and got you caught up in her maelstrom of chaos and adventure and by the time you could ditch her, you don't want to anymore? And you know it's going to end badly because it always does with Aphra, but maybe this time...
I love Aphra and Sana's relationship a lot! There's no way around it, Aphra is a terrible person and it's no surprise Sana wasn't thrilled to see her again, but they're also such a fun duo. I like that Sana also manages to be the conscience between the two of them (especially when she would probably be the morally gray rogue character in other team-ups in the Star Wars universe). I'd honestly love anything with them!

Leverage
Star Wars
