Dear Creator,
I'm sure I'll like whatever you make for me, so just have fun! I know there are some pairings that have more prompts than others, but that just means I had a lot of ideas for those (or had a past letter to copy & paste from). Chelli Lona Aphra (SW)/River Song (Doctor Who)
I've read the 2016 run of Aphra comics and I have listened to the Doctor Aphra book, and I adore her. She's kind of a sociopath, but she's so delightful! I also really love River Song-- she's charming and adventurous and also willing to shoot first and ask questions later. And they're both SPACE ARCHAEOLOGISTS! They could be rivals, or work together, or meet on a dig (which one or both of them would almost certainly be at illicitly)! The possibilities are endless!
Nara Shikako (Dreaming of Sunshine) & Alina Starkov (Shadow & Bone)
I'd love something where Shikako ends up in Ravka and ends up working with Alina! They’re both OP young women whose power and actions inspire people, and I think it would be fascinating to see them together. I also think it would be really interesting to see Shikako and her shadow jutsu in this world, when the Darkling and his creations inspire so much fear.
I'm not super into goddess!Shikako headcanons; I'd prefer both her and Alina to be just humans who use their powers, their wits and their stubbornness to get things done.
Reva Sevander | Third Sister (SW OWK) & Trilla Suduri | Second Sister (SW JFO)
Reva Sevander | Third Sister (SW OWK)/Trilla Suduri | Second Sister (SW JFO)
These two would have been Inquisitors at the same time. How do they feel about each other? Does Trilla have suspicions about Reva's revenge scheme? I'd also be interested in an AU where Trilla lives, and she has to decide what to do with Reva after Reva leaves the Inquisitors.
Rey (SW ST)/Zuko (A:tLA)
I just think they would be fun! Maybe Zuko's terrible luck continues and he ends up in the GFFA, or maybe Rey ends up in the world of Avatar? I'd love to see how they would react to each other's problems, or adventures they end up on together.
Fandom-specific notes: My usual DNW for brainwashing/mental horror/fucking around inside people's minds doesn't apply to the canon-typical memory fuckery. DNW putting nuclear family labels on any crew-as-family dynamics (aka no referring to Two as the mom of the crew or whatever). I'm not really interested in anything set pre-canon, but of course complications arising from their pasts is always fun.
Two & the Raza Crew
Two is one of my absolute favorites in this show. She's willing to step up and lead when the rest of the crew can't get their act together, and she keeps their respect throughout the show. I love her journey to discover her dark past, and her insistence that she's not Rebecca or Portia, but Two. I love that she's the ultimate badass-- not just because of her nanites, but because of her willpower. She's fiercely protective of her ship and her crew, even when she's at odds with them, and I love how willing she always is to sacrifice herself for them.
For crew, I'm fine with including any of our original seven crew members, plus Nyx. Feel free to set this at any point in canon or post-canon.
I love this group of criminal misfits. I love that they're dysfunctional and don't get along half the time but are also willing to go to extreme lengths for each other. I love that they fuck up and keep fucking up and sometimes those choices and mistakes are fixable (Six) and sometimes they really aren't (Four). I love how conflicted our original crew members are about the people they used to be, and the ways they try to differentiate themselves. I like that when most of our characters see glimpses of the people they used to be, they're angry and upset and want to do better. No one on the Raza is ever under the impression that they're heroes, but they do their best with what they're given. I also really just love the themes that run throughout the show of autonomy and choosing your own destiny. Notes about Three, Five, the Android, and Nyx are all below, but here are some short thoughts on the others.
One: One is so earnest and so intent on trying his best and sometimes that's annoying, but in general those are traits I really like. He can be a little pushy (especially when it comes to Two), but I like that he's determined to be better than he was pre-memory wipe, and how reluctant he was to go back to the life of a wealthy industrialist.
Four: I really like Four, but I have mixed feelings about Ryo Ishida. He's kind of a tragic figure, so driven by the desire to regain his throne that he throws away his new home and the people who care about him. The finale left him with a chance for redemption though, and I think that would be interesting to explore.
Six: Like One, Six is generally just trying his best. And sometimes his best sucks! (Usually when he's trying too hard to be a cop.) But he always tries to make up for his mistakes, and I especially love how much he and Five care about each other.
I would love more canon-typical adventures, which in this canon could mean almost anything. Heists, time travel, time loops, alternate universes, zombies, space battles... it's all canon and I love it all. I'd also like canon-divergent AUs: what if One and/or Sarah and/or Nyx and/or Six lived? What if Four didn't reintegrate his memories? There's also a lot of room for missing scenes and moments, and the finale left some threads unresolved. There's an alien threat still out there (and inside of Two), both Five and Two have long-lost family members, Three is a prisoner of Portia Lin, and a looming android revolt. What happens next?
Five | Das & Three | Marcus Boone & Two | Portia Lin
Five | Das & Two | Portia Lin
I love Five. I love that even in the beginning, when she's afraid and wary of her new crew mates, she's still more clever than most of them give her credit for. At first, the violence surrounding her is terrifying and upsetting, and violence is almost never her first resort, but she's willing to do whatever she has to in order to protect her newly found family. And I love that the crew quickly realizes how capable she is, and that she's both helpful and dangerous in her own right. I like that the rest of the crew is driven to protect her and teach her to protect herself. She's the heart of this little crew, always reminding the others that they're friends or family and that they have to rely on one another.
I love how much respect Five has for Two, right from the beginning. It's a little rough at a couple points, but they're so close by the end of the show. I like that Two starts out doing her best to protect Five and shelter her from life on the Raza, but also that she comes to respect Five's abilities and what she can bring to the team. I love how much they care about each other, and how well they work together.
I really grew to love the oddball relationship between these Five and Three. I love how it goes from fear and dislike to grudging acceptance to ride-or-die family. I'd love to see more about how they get there and how they grow to respect and like each other. Even at his best, Three is a smug asshole, but he's a very different kind of asshole in season 3 than he was in season 1. I really like the relationship they have by 2x11, where they care about each other, work together, and trust each other.
I also really love the relationship between Two and Three. I don't really ship them, except maybe in a FWB way, but I like the way they trust and rely on one another, even when they drive each other up a wall. I also love how often they butt heads when choosing whether to prioritize themselves, the rest of the crew, and people outside of their crew. Neither one is under the impression they're the good guy, but that (usually) doesn't stop them from trying to be a little better.
Nyx Harper/Two | Portia Lin
For this, I'd love an AU where Nyx lives, although I'd also love something set during Nyx's canonical days on the ship. (Please don't include her death in the fic if you go that route, though.)
These two have incredible chemistry and work together so well. I also just think Nyx is a fascinating character! Her precognitive abilities are really cool, and I'd be interested in her thoughts on the crew of the Raza (especially Two) as she meets them and becomes one of them. I'd love to see more of them working together, plotting their prison escape together, and learning more about each other.
Two | Portia Lin/The Android
I adore the Android. I love her journey of discovering that she's her own person, apart from her programming, and the way she'll do anything for her crew. I like that she's not interested in being human or even pretending to be human outside of ops; she doesn't need to be human to be a respected member of the crew. I love her conflicts about her origins, and that she's so much more than she was originally intended to be. I'd be interested in her continuing conflict over the possibility of an android revolt, or how she thinks about the crew, or more opportunities for her to go on ops.
I love that the Android is absolutely dedicated to Two/Portia in any universe, and that Two always treats her as a member of the crew. Not to mention the past relationship between Two and Dr. Shaw! Even without their memories, the two of them were drawn together and became friends. They have such fun chemistry, and they make a great team.
Helen Brandt/Edith Jarosky
I absolutely adore these two. I love how much they love each other, I love how they try so hard to protect one another, and I want them to get a happy-ever-after— or as much as they can of one.
What happens next? What does their new life in San Francisco look like? I'd love to see what paranormal adventures they might run into there. I also really loved the worldbuilding around magic and demons, and I'd love to get more of that!
Gil Boksoon & Gil Jae Young
I feel like Boksoon and Jae Young understand each other a little better at the end of the movie, even if they'll never say as much. How does this change things going forward? Does Boksoon teach her daughter to protect herself in case more enemies come after them? How does Jae Young feel about knowing what her mom really does? I'd also love to see one of the other corporations trying to drag Jae Young into the life, either as a power play or pawn against Boksoon, or because they just think Jae Young might be a natural talent. What do Boksoon and Jae Young do next?
Gil Boksoon/Kim Yeong-ji
I'd love an AU where Yeong-ji lives. I really loved her chemistry with Boksoon-- she's a lot younger and (despite their profession) not quite as jaded. I loved the sparring scene, and I'd really like to see them negotiating the politics of the assassin underworld together. The worldbuilding of this movie was very fun and I'd be thrilled to see more of that!
Jupiter Jones & Any
Jupiter Jones/Caine Wise
I adore every moment of this beautiful and dumb movie. I love Jupiter's wide-eyed awe at getting to see a part of the universe that most humans will never see, and I love Caine's unquestioning devotion and dedication to a queen who doesn't know what the fuck she's doing. I'm interested in what happens after the movie! I'd love to see Jupiter trying to balance her life on Earth with her activities in space, possibly failing and getting her family worried about what she's gotten involved in. I'd love to see how she explains her new, Definitely Not An Alien, boyfriend to people. I'm fine with appearances from anyone and everyone still living at the end of the movie, and any OCs you can think of.
Worldbuilding & none
A note on worldbuilding: I am most interested in worldbuilding stories that delve into major or minor characters or well-developed OCs and use them to explore aspects of the world that only get passing mentions in canon. I'm also interested in how major canon events are seen by or affect folks who don't get a focus in the main storyline. You can find more specific prompts below!
I'd also love to just see more of this world, whether that's through Jupiter's eyes or someone else's. How do other Entitled react to Jupiter? Does Jupiter's family eventually find out what's up and get to experience the wider galaxy? I also have a soft spot for the space bureaucracy we see a little of in the movie— feel free to write me 10k of a character navigating bureaucracy to buy a space palace or pay taxes or whatever strikes your fancy.

my promo post
Hua Yutang/Shiyi
There’s so many possibilities here! Did they know each other before the military program, or did they only meet once there? Were they already close before they ended up in their new realm? It seems like they had some time together before the blood lust took over Shiyi; what was that like? I’m also interested in what might happen next— are their troubles with the rest of the martial world over?
Hua Yutang & Lingzhi
How did Lingzhi come to be at Busi Lodge? Did Hua Yutang have other disciples before her? Lingzhi knows there’s something different about Hua Yutang; when did she start to suspect? I’d also love anything about how Hua Yutang came to found Busi Lodge, or how she became a specialist in poison, in addition to healing!
Hua Yutang/Shiyi & Lingzhi/Qi Tianlin
I'd love to see more adventures with these four post-canon! More adventures within the martial world would be great-- maybe some other sect leader gets wind of the immortal demonesses at Busi Lodge and is uneasy about them?
Fandom-specific notes: I actually love the Darkling, despite how many awful things he did. Feel free to have the characters hate him or have complicated feelings about him or generally talk about his actions and how those actions effected them/Ravka, but keep it to his canonical actions and their canonical feelings about him; don't make extra stuff up.
For ship fics featuring Alina during or post season 2, feel free to keep her canonical political engagement to Nikolai if you want, but keep it purely a political arrangement between friends, with no romantic feelings on either side. (Obviously, this doesn't apply to my Alina/Nikolai/Mal prompts.)
Mentions of canonical past noncon are okay, but I'd prefer you don't get more detailed than canon.
Kaz Brekker & Jesper Fahey & Inej Ghafa & Wylan Van Eck & Nina Zenik
The Crows! They're all kind of fucked up in their own ways, but they care deeply about one another even if they are very bad at showing it. They've just got a really great ride-or-die dysfunctional found family vibe going on. Feel free to include the canon pairings here, or other ships I've requested, but I'd also just really love more of this crew doing crime together.
Kaz: Kaz is an absolute asshole with so many issues he could fill up a library. But he also cares for his crew far more deeply than he'll ever admit, and has a way of showing rough, offhand kindness without admitting that's what he's doing-- and then he immediately turns around and sabotages himself by pushing everyone away. I really enjoy that dichotomy, and how despite his brilliance he'd never be anywhere without the rest of the Crows.
Jesper: He's a delight. He comes across as easygoing and sure of himself all the time, even though he seems to have some complicated feelings about being a Grisha. I love how cocky he is, because it's mostly earned, and I love that he has a sense of humor that balances out Kaz and Inej's more serious natures. I also really like his relationship with Wylan, and how his playboy reputation and his tendency to say whatever he's thinking both initially bite him in the ass, and how they manage to work through their issues anyway.
Inej: I love that despite her deep trauma, Inej still has so much kindness in her. She's willing to do whatever's necessary to protect herself and her friends, including killing people. I love that she still keeps her faith, despite everything. Honestly, Inej is one of my favorite characters in the whole show; she's such a fascinating mixture of cynicism and earnestness.
Wylan: I love how easy it is to underestimate Wylan at first-- almost everyone does, because he doesn't look especially badass or intimidating. But he's incredibly smart and very very good with explosives and chemistry, and way tougher than most people give him credit for.
Nina: One of my favorite Nina moments is when the rest of the Crows are plotting how to figure out where Pekka's accountant's office is, and she just short-circuits all of the plotting by asking a waitress. She's a total badass, but she's also got common sense and appreciates the little comforts in life, and she helps keep the others grounded.
Inej Ghafa/Alina Starkov
Alina is another incredibly earnest character! She's very naive when the show starts out, but even though hardships and betrayal have made her a bit more cynical about people and their motivations, she still really wants to do her best to help Ravka and its people. I also really like her struggles with being tempted by power, by thinking that if she had just a little more she could fix everything.
I really love how much these two admire one another. Inej sees Alina as a Saint, of course, but Alina has been saved multiple times by Inej now and seems to really admire how capable Inej is. Maybe Alina ends up joining the Crows in Ketterdam after season 1, and the two of them grow closer then? Or maybe Inej remains in Ravka for a while after season 2? Or maybe they meet whenever Sturmhond's ship stops in Ravka, and the two of them regularly catch up then?
Kaz Brekker & Jesper Fahey & Inej Ghafa & Alina Starkov
I'd be interested in an AU where Alina ends up in Ketterdam after season 1. Or maybe instead of being found by Sturmhond, something happens to Mal (maybe he gets taken back to Ravka for a court martial?) and she seeks out the Crows to help her get him back-- and ends up helping them out with their problems with Pekka Rollins. Feel free to include the other Crows here, as well!
Zoya Nazyalensky/Alina Starkov
Zoya took a while to grow on me, but I really grew to love her by the end of season 2. She's incredibly dedicated to her duty to Ravka, and she's (perhaps rightly!) not super convinced that some girl who just learned she's a Grisha can swoop in and solve all of their problems, but she's willing to put her personal issues aside for the good of the country. There's also mentions early in season 1 that she's interested in Kirigan, and maybe even had a sexual relationship with him, and part of her problem with Alina is because of that-- how does that change after they've both been betrayed by him? I'm also really interested in how their relationship might develop post season 2; I'd love to see them growing closer (and maybe occasionally butting heads) as they help shape the future of Ravka.
Genya Safin/Alina Starkov
Genya, my love. I love the contrast between her and Alina when they first meet, when Genya is already jaded and cynical and all-too-aware of what everyone in the Little Palace is capable of, and Alina is still wide-eyed and naive. I also love how much they genuinely care about each other. Genya tried to warn Alina about Kirigan, even if she was a bit too oblique about it, and she seems genuinely distressed by her betrayal of Alina. I also really love the moment near the beginning of season 2, when she realizes what Kirigan has done and what a terrible mistake she's made. I also love how, when Genya finally makes her way back to Alina & co, Alina forgives her immediately and comes to her defense because she understand Genya's motivations. I'd love anything for them-- season 1 divergence when they're still at the Little Palace? Maybe Genya changes her mind about Kirigan earlier and ends up going on the run with Alina. Or maybe something post season 2, as they work together to heal Ravka.
Zoya Nazayalensky/Genya Safin/Alina Starkov
See my Zoya/Alina and Genya/Alina prompts for some of my other thoughts, but mostly I'd love to see these three coming together and rebuilding Ravka together and falling in love while they do so. Zoya and Genya also have their own relationship that we don't see much of; they don't seem to like one another much to begin with, possibly due to their different positions-- Zoya as a proud solider of the Second Army, Genya as a servant to the royal family. But by the end of season 2, any petty animosity has been put aside for the good of Ravka. Does that easy comradeship remain when they're no longer under immediate threat?
Nikolai Lantsov/Mal Oretsev/Alina Starkov
I'm fine with either an OT3 or a V-shape for this. I love love love arranged marriage tropes, especially when the parties involved don't expect to catch feelings. I'd love to see Nikolai and Alina go through with their political marriage, and unexpected feelings start to develop. Does Alina have a crisis when she starts to feel just as strongly for Nikolai as she does for Mal? What is it like for Mal to see them together and be unable to have a relationship with Alina in public? Do Mal and Nikolai start to realize they have feelings stronger than friendship for one another? I'm also into the whole Dread Pirate Roberts thing Nikolai and Mal have going on with Sturmhond, so if you want to play with that I'd love it.
Fandom-specific note: DNW Cere/Trilla. Any other f/f pairing for the women here is fine, including canon characters or original.
Cal Kestis & Mantis Crew
First of all, Merrin is a nightsister and that's just really fucking cool. It's incredibly creepy that she can turn her dead sisters' bodies into zombies to fight for her, and also really fucked-up in a way I love. She's the last nightsister, but she's still connected to all of them. I also love how different her connection with the Force is to a Jedi or Sith, and how others react to it. I love her subtle sense of humor, and how even though she has doubts about Cal's mission she's still willing to follow him. I'd love to see where she goes from here, and how she continues to bond with the rest of the crew of the Mantis.
I really love Cere: her desperation, her desire for redemption, her struggles with the Dark Side. I'd love fic set at any point: during her time as a Jedi, the years after the purge, or after the ending of Fallen Order. What was Cordova like as a Master? How did she find Cal on Brocca? When did she start looking for a Jedi to find the holocron, and how many false leads did she follow before she found Cal? What comes next, now that the holocron is destroyed?
I love the way we get to see Cal come into himself over the course of the game. He faces his deepest fears, and gains confidence in his decisions, and I really love experiencing that journey. He's always trying his best, and he stumbles a lot, but eventually he proves himself worthy of being a Jedi Knight.
I also really like Greez! He's a bit of a classic Star Wars scoundrel, but he's less closed off than the other crew members. He doesn’t share their particular trauma or their understanding of the Force, and it would be really easy for him to walk away, or dismiss all of this as not being pertinent to his life, but he never does.
Cal Kestis & Merrin
I really love their relationship, as little of it as we see. I love that his kindness and good intentions get through her anger and resentment, and I love the way they bond over their respective trauma. There's no way for Merrin to bring back her people, but she's still willing to help Cal try and bring back his.
Cere Junda & Cal Kestis
Their relationship is super fascinating to me-- they start out not really trusting one another, but they eventually come to understand each other. Cere isn't Cal's master, and he isn't her apprentice, and they can't fill the holes Trilla and Jaro Tapal left in their lives,
Cere Junda & Trilla Suduri
We see quite a bit of how Trilla went from a Padawan to an Inquisitor, but I'm interested in what we don't see. What is daily life as an Inquisitor like for her? Does her resentment for the Jedi ever let up, even a little? I'd also be interested in an AU where she lives and joins the others, and has to make peace with what she's done and seek redemption, whatever that means to her.
Everything I said above about these two applies here, too. I'd also love to see more of what they were like as Master and Padawan, before everything fell apart. I'd also love to see an AU where Trilla lives, and they have to figure out how they relate to each other now, after years of resentment and torture and attempted murder.

Even Though I Knew the End - CL Polk
Helen Brandt/Edith Jarosky
I absolutely adore these two. I love how much they love each other, I love how they try so hard to protect one another, and I want them to get a happy-ever-after— or as much as they can of one.
What happens next? What does their new life in San Francisco look like? I'd love to see what paranormal adventures they might run into there. I also really loved the worldbuilding around magic and demons, and I'd love to get more of that!
Kill Boksoon
Jupiter Ascending

Shadow & Bone
Star Wars: Jedi: Fallen Order
