Rules:

• A drabble is defined as strictly 100 words. This can vary slightly on different word processors, so use your best judgment. Double drabbles (200 words exactly) and triple drabbles (300 words exactly) are allowed, as are drabble sequences (a related series of single, double or triple drabbles).


• All prompts and drabbles must be about a sexual or romantic relationship between two or more women. Any f/f(/f+) pairing from any fandom is welcome.


• Genderbent characters/pairings are allowed, as long as they are genderbent to be f/f.

Okay, maybe Patty didn’t think this through. She was leaving, and then this image hit her, of Allison walking in the dark, alone, and ‘cause it’s Allison, she’ll trip over a gravestone and twist her ankle or something. And unfortunately, Patty cares too much to leave her there. So she turns back, finds Allison having a panic attack six feet down, and Allison’s leaning on her and waiting for Patty to lead them when Patty realizes she doesn’t know the way back. She admits it, and Allison only says, nonchalantly, fine now that Patty’s here, “At least we're lost together.”

Sweet/Vicious, Ophelia/Jules, warning for references to sexual assault

There are days when a too-close touch, an offered drink, overwhelm Jules with waves of helplessness, rage, and grief for what Nate did to her. But she can go to Kennedy, her other sorority sisters, Tyler, and of course Ophelia, who’s been there for her all along, her partner in crime and out of crime. Ophelia, who’ll hold Jules until she stops shaking, put on upbeat pop music and dance around with her even though she hates it, who claims her soul is as black as her coffee, but she’s the brightest light guiding Jules out of the tunnel, always.

(btw do you have an ao3? i might post it there and i’d like to gift it to you if you want)

Oh, nice, I didn't realize this canon had f/f shippiness! I do have an AO3, it's Triskaidekalogue.

Instead of answering, you ease the rest of her plait apart, fanning it out in glossy black waves across your lap. Eternal pulses against your eardrums. You can feel the bright skein of it stitching through the glade, through the fabric of reality. You could take eternal and wind it tight round the pair of you. The knack's still there: in your fingers, your ribs, your teeth.

"Eternity's a long time, love," you say at last. "I'm glad for today."

Galadriel/Míriel, Rings of Power future fic

The world is remade, and Galadriel finds Miriel again, on the beaches of Alqualondë. In the distance is the space where Númenor once was and now is again, and farther than that are the shores where once they fought together.

“Your father gave me this when I told him of our past meetings,” Míriel says as she turns, holding a cloak in her hands. Galadriel’s emblem is embroidered on the edges, in soft threads and even stitches. It is Finarfin’s work, gifting gentleness out of destruction every chance he gets.

Finarfin once tried to teach Galadriel that, but only Míriel’s death had made the lessons stick.

“Softness was new to me in death,” Míriel says at last, still turning the fabric around in her hands. “None could afford it in the Númenor I was born to.”

“My father gifted it to my brothers and I at every chance, but we turned from it.” But Miriel knows enough of the past already, so Galadriel instead runs her fingers over the cloak. “Will you take it?”

Míriel smiles again, as she did in the memories Galadriel clung to desperately, and takes her old cloak off. “If you will take what is mine.”

"There's no need to hide, darling." Ursula ran a hand over the gown's glittering bodice again and watched the little mermaid's silhouette, in the corner of the mirror, startle and shrink back. As if hair like hers could ever hope to hide in shadows, the pretty little fool.

Touching the nautilus, Ursula let the stolen voice unspool into the night, sweet and warm and summer-soft, just enough to snare a single mind. The girl came out of hiding then, the whole wretched split-tailed landwalker length of her, and before her own reflection could give the game away Ursula surged in front of her and seized her hand. "So pleased to meet you," she said, smiling maybe a little too wide, shoving as much silk and velvet as she could into the Vanessa-voice.

The girl blinked, uncertain; her throat worked and her gaze slid away.

"No, no," Ursula chided. She tucked a finger under the girl's chin, tilting it back. "We look each other in the face here, don't we?"

There was a question in those eyes -- the start of Do I know you? -- but against Ursula's own piercing gaze it faded back, faded black, swallowed to benthic depths. Tension slipped from the girl's shoulder. She felt light as seafoam as Ursula guided her over to the bed and sat her down; her eyes followed Ursula's all the while, lost in heedless trance.

Ursula found that she was no more able to look away herself. The girl was a sight there, dimpled into the pearly satin sheets: her hair was a flame, her back a sunset arc. She burned -- Ursula burned. She -- they -- lacked only for the ocean's cool embrace.

"No," Ursula repeated softly, then, softer than any silk or velvet, "no, I won't be giving up what's mine by right."
